特种工业润滑油

特种润滑剂

Molykote特种工业润滑油――更高质量、更高价值
Molykote工业润滑油产品由高纯度的基础油制成,因此具有极高的工作温度范围。这些油品在极高的工作条件也不会失效并表现如初,因此延长了换油周期,大大节约了维护的成本。而且比起传统矿物油,Molykote产品在使用中不会因油品的消耗产生大量的副产品,设备保持干净,免除了大量清洗维护的成本,延长了机械的使用寿命。
高性能工业润滑油

Molykote合成油是由聚合的分子构成,符合高性能所要求的纯度,专利的添加剂使性能更加卓越,使用寿命是传统矿物油的4-8倍。Molykote矿物油经过加氢裂解合成,使油品几乎不产生污染,使用寿命是传统矿物油的2-4倍。合成混合油(半合成油)由合成基础油和矿物基础油组成,使用寿命是传统矿物油的4-6倍。

齿轮箱油和链条油
Molykote齿轮箱油和链条油可以防止动力传输过程中的磨损和中断。与传统油品相比它具有更高的抗氧化性能和高温高压耐受性。Molykote齿轮箱油和链条油可以延长换油周期,在高工作温度范围内保持粘度特性不变。齿轮擦伤试样FZG 12+,AGMA9005。L-01XX(FG)工作温度范围-17-90C,L-11XX(FG)工作温度范围-35-120C,油水分离40/40/0(1)。
L-0460FG工作温度范围-17-120C, L-1468FG工作温度范围-50-150C, L-1428高温工作范围至235C。

COMPOSITION
Hydroprocessed mineral oil (MO),
polyalphaolefin (PAO) and
polyalphaolefin/mineral oil
(PAO/MO) based lubricants.
DESCRIPTION
Molykote
 Gearbox and Chain Oils
help prevent wear and process
interruptions in power transmission
systems and components. Compared to
conventional oils, they also offer
greater resistance to oxidation and
stable performance at high
temperatures and under high loads.
Molykote Gearbox and Oils maximize
fill intervals and maintain viscosity
characteristics at wide temperature
ranges.
HOW TO USE
Follow equipment manufacturer’s
recommendations for maintenance
procedures and oil specifications.
To ensure the longest possible life
span for lubricating fluids, sample
analysis is recommended. When
utilized on a regular basis, sample
analysis can track normal aging and
depletion of antioxidants in lubricating
fluids. Moreover, sample analysis can
identify abnormal contamination that
may be limiting lubricant life. Contact

LISTING AND
SPECIFICATIONS
Molykote lubricating fluids are kosher
approved and conform to USDA
listing requirements under H-1 or H-2
designations (see Typical Properties
table). An H-1 designation indicates
the lubricated part can have incidental
food contact not to exceed 1 0 ppm.
An H-2 designation indicates the
lubricated part cannot have contact
with food.

USABLE LIFE AND
STORAGE
Molykote Gearbox and Chain Oils
have a shelf life of 60 months from
date of manufacture. Refer to product
packaging for use-by date.
PACKAGING
Molykote gearbox and chain lubricants
are available in 1 8.9- and 208.2-L (5-
and 55-gal) containers.
